General Rules
· General: Elk River K9, LLC reserves the right to
refuse services at their own discretion. Handlers, as well as, dogs that are unruly and unsafe to the training center environment
will be asked to leave. If you feel, or know that your dog has an aggression issue please, contact us prior to registering
for a class. It is the policy of Elk River K9 to provide a safe facility to train dogs. Inhumane treatment of dogs on our
premises will result in immediate removal and indefinite suspension from the training facility.

Children: For their own safety
and as a consideration to the other attending students, only children that can sit quietly for the hour may attend. If your
child continuously disrupts class they will no longer be allowed to attend. We do not allow children to wonder the facility
without direct supervision. Children under the age of 12 MUST be under direct supervision of a non-training adult. Children
under the age of 18 years, training their dogs shall be of adequate size and age to handle their dog in class. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please understand we are looking
out for the safety of your child with canines present.
· NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED: Due to the limited class sizes - If you have registered or started
a class and cannot continue for your own personal reasons, makeup classes will not be provided and there will be no-refunds.
Reserving your spot in a class means we cannot allow someone else to join this class. Class fees are non- transferable to
other classes unless there is an open registration available.
· HEALTH: Proof of current Rabies vaccination is required for all dogs attending Elk River
K9, LLC 16 weeks and older. If your dog has a “temporary” medical problem, such as, fleas, kennel cough, parasites,
injury or "female in season," we do not allow them to come to class. We do encourage that you still attend
class without your dog to keep up and practice at home with your dog for the next class.
· YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: It is the handler’s responsibility to clean up after your
dog both inside and outside. There is a designated area for exercising your dog. It is your responsibility to manage your
dog with safety of others and people as your priority. Owner will be financially responsible for any harm their dog causes
to any other dog/person. Dogs are required to be on leash at ALL times unless you are asked to remove your leash by a staff
member.

Waiver and Assumption of Risk – In order to attend a class provided by Elk River K9, LLC. ALL participants will be required to sign a Waiver of risk
before they begin a class. A copy of this registration form/ Waiver will provided upon request.
Waiver
I
have read and understand the rules and policies presented by Elk River K9, LLC provided above. In signing this Waiver and
Assumption of Risk I am accepting all responsibility for any and all actions by me, my dog and any other person(s) I may bring,
that may result in injury to any person(s) and/or dogs and/or property while at Elk River K9. I also indemnify and hold harmless
Elk River K9, LLC its owners, Instructors, and volunteers from any and all claims by me, any member of my family, or any guests
who may accompany me, for any injury to said persons and/or dogs and/or property. I agree to any other rules that may be brought
to my attention, either in writing or verbally, in the future by Elk River K9, LLC or its agents. I also verify that the above named dog is current on all vaccinations, including rabies. I will upon request
provide Elk River K9, LLC with a current vaccination and rabies certificate.
