I have been involved with dogs for about 14 years now. I started teaching community
education and 4H classes probably 11 years ago and have been showing for about 12 years. My main love is competitive
obedience, but we also enjoy agility, herding, minimal conformation, and our newest sport, disc dogs. I am a member of several
dog clubs throughout the Twin Cities area and am also a 4H Dog Project Judge.

Herding is the dog's main love!
I am a firm believer that if you are
breeding dogs they should do
what they were bred to do, and for shelties and Border Collie's, this is herding! We have been doing herding for about the
last 6 years. Wysk has his AKC HSAs title. Chayse, Wysk, and Tyde are all titled through AKC, ASCA, and AHBA. We are hoping
to do more herding next summer w/the border collie boys.

Obedience is my true love and
I have been doing it for about 14 years now. I am a firm believer in making it SUPER fun and keeping attention. Wysk, who
is now 11 years old, was my first competitive dog. He nationally ranked in Canada and the US
for several years. He has his CKC MOTCHX, his ASCA OTCh, and is AKC OTCH pointed. He has multiple HIT's to his name as well.
Tyde is Wysk's son and we are hoping he can follow proudly in Dad's footsteps! Chayse is also actively showing in obedience,
she got her ASCA CD on her 8 month birthday and her ASCA CDX about a week after turning 1 year old. She currently has her
AKC UD and one ASCA UD leg. She is working on her UDX. Tag and Tyde just started showing; both having their ASCA CD's. Tyde
has one High Scoring "Other Breed" (other then an aussie) under his belt. Tag has multiple "High in Matches" under his belt
as well.

I have been participating in
agility for about 7 years. Wysk has 2/3 AX legs and 1/3 AXJ legs, but we decided to stop when I saw agility just wasn't his
thing (obedience and herding are!). Chayse started agility about 18 months ago and has her AX and AXJ. She is currently working
on her MX/MXJ and is MACH pointed. Tag and Reckon just started their agility careers and after one weekend of showing Reckon
started and finished his NA/NAJ and Tag got 2/3 NA legs and his entire NAJ title. These two are truly crazy for agility!
