Luey was a sweet little Sheltie who came to live with me through Minnesota
Sheltie Rescue. Because Luey had behavioral issues, It was pretty much his last hope. Luey and I worked for many months to
ease his anxiety and reactiveness in certain situations. Luey made huge strides and was ready to be adopted when he had a
sudden and unexpected onset of auto immune hemolytic anemia. I said a heart wrenching goodbye to my beloved "Fooey Luey"
on June 4, 2006, just two days shy of his fourth birthday.
